It is suitable for medium-pressure applications, with a high-quality aluminum foil outer surface and a metalized PET inner surface. The duct also features high-tensile spring steel wire between the layers and is thermally insulated with Glass-Wool insulation specifically developed for flexible ducting.

Great care has been taken in the design of this product to prevent kinking in sharp bends and turns, ensuring it maintains a steady and full diameter in all applications. All steel wire is placed between PET surfaces to prevent corrosion, following ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System guidelines. This duct complies with industry standards in the USA (ASTM D-882), Europe (EN 10270-1-SM), and EN 13180 standards.

The interior PET surface provides a smooth surface that reduces pressure loss and promotes a more hygienic environment. This flex duct is available in R-0, R-4.2, and R-8.0 insulation levels.
